Emerging out of Florence, Italy, WeWOOD watches combine style, functionality, and eco-smarts. WeWOOD’s mission is to “make watches to protect and restore forest wildlife, clean water and carbon sequestration.”
Not only are their watches eco-friendly (some of them made entirely with recycled wood), but WeWOOD will plant a tree for every watch purchased. WeWOOD, along with their partners, American Forests, a non-profit recognized as a world leader in environmental restoration, will have planted over 35 million trees by the end of 2012.
