EcoQ: Wallets Made from Suits and Ties

Ties have been exploiting all of the cool resources (ceramic, cassette tape, even trash) and using them to improve their own design and hoard the spotlight. But this tie tyranny has come to an end with the advent of Jetsam, eco-friendly wallets made from recycled vintage ties (and suits).

Inspired by time-honored iconic masculine style and fabrics, these wallets come in four dashingly dapper editions:

  • The Prepster edition features dapper patterns and traditional hues from reclaimed classic neckties.
  • The Uncle Larry edition features bold patterns and bright colors from reclaimed retro 70s-era neckties.
  • The Natty Professor edition features classic tweed herringbone from reclaimed vintage men’s jackets.
  • The Spiffy Lumberjack edition features colorful plaids from reclaimed vintage shirts.

Jetsam wallets are perfect for both the dapperQ who lives in a suit (a la Murray Hill who owns 7,000 ties) and the dapperQ who doesn’t feel comfortable wearing a suit and tie but still wants to add a bit of “old-school haberdashery” to their wardrobe.
